Wanderlust Wednesday | Jami's Shoot

And just like that, the final Wanderlust shoot for the Class of 2016 is in the books. It’s always bittersweet to say goodbye to such an incredible group of seniors, and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to wrap it up than with the amazing Jami Breedlove, a senior from Steele High School.

Jami is unforgettable. She’s a talented musician, a thoughtful soul, and a hilarious storyteller with a true non-conformist streak. Her personality shines through in everything she does—from her earthy, boho style to the way she carries herself—and we wanted this senior photo shoot to celebrate all of it.

She brought a carefully curated selection of outfits: layered textures, meaningful accessories, and earthy tones that perfectly reflected her free spirit. We chose The Club at Garden Ridge, a gorgeous wedding venue just outside San Antonio, TX, with peaceful walking paths and wide open spaces. It felt like a perfect match for Jami’s vibe—natural, calm, and quietly beautiful.

Unlike many structured photo shoots, this one unfolded like an easy afternoon with a friend. We wandered, we laughed, we paused when the light hit just right. The result? A gallery of images that feel authentic, heartfelt, and completely her.

As a senior photographer in San Antonio, these are the moments I live for—when I can truly reflect someone's soul through my lens. Jami trusted me with that, and I’ll forever be grateful.
